Does anybody know what we need to bring for saturday night?
do we need to pack sleeping bags/pillow/air mattress (or some other form of ground padding) etc. etc?? or is all of that supplied?
also does the bar U ranch have washrooms or showers (or runnning water for that matter...)?
i looked on their website but they have no information about camping there.

You gotta bring sleeping bag and air mattress etc,  they will have trailers for showers, washrooms etc.  But check your book they sent out and it gives you a good run down.  Enjoy

Basics needed: what Morrisjo said, toiletries, camp clothes, bed clothes... basically pretend you're going to a camp ground for a night but you don't have to bring food or the tent ;)

Make sure you bring some thing for under your sleeping bag. I brought an air bed and it was the answer. Even though it is heavy in the luggage, I had very little luggage compared those that brought the 'kitchen sink' We were camped in an old grazing field for cattle with plenty of cow pies that ranged from hard dry patties to fresh mounds. Bring slip on shoes. Also a flashlight for midnight dashes to the biffy!
