I have sent out a ton of emails and a number of people have told me the emails were sent to old addresses. I have not received one of them back to me as not being deliverable. Has anyone else encountered this and if so how was it resolved?
Some of them sit in a file / buffer to be sorted by an IT person in the future (usually junked). Others go to an old account (I know Shaw doesn't always delete the old ones) and just sit, inactive.
