I live in Scenic Acres and have made one trip with some of my team mates to Cochrane and back a few weekends ago. I am still a bit on the slow side, but at least I made it smile

I'd like to go on longer rides, but I can't always hook up with my team mates when they have been able to go. I was busy last weekend, so missed out on that trip.

As far as a seat goes... go to the Bike Shop and they have this wonderful thing that you sit on and it tells you what size of seat you need so that there are not as many pressure points on your butt! They will also fit you for a bike if you are interested in that but I think that there is a small fee for bike fittings... Enjoy!!!
