i know who i want to share my tent with, but for some reason the check in wouldn't link us up...how do i change this or confirm it..

Call the ride office and talk to someone there and they can help!

If they haven't got their minimum posted in yet (i.e. cheques are in the mail, but not showing up yet) and they are not eligible for on-line check-in, then they won't be available for the tent assignment either.

are you both confirmed elsewhere?  I had the same problem last year but I think it was just because I checked in first.  When my tent mate checked in she was able to request me, no problem.

I had to wait for my tent buddy to do her online checkin as well. then I had to wait a day and find her. but we're confirmed now.
