Pre/ Post ride drinks?


What does everyone drink/ eat pre & post long rides to help with endurance & recovery?

I find that chocolate milk is good post-ride. Easy to digest (as long as you have no intolerences) with a mix of carbs, fats and proteins. On warmer days, though, I find orange wedges/juice most appealing.

I'll agree with the chocolate milk post-ride :) Bananas are good to for the potassium too :)
