Fundraising link in email not working...

I am not sure what I doing wrong - I followed the instructions from the website and in Outlook 2007, my signature does not show up when I send it to anyone.

In gmail, I can create the bookmark signature, but it shows up in the email as just the text instead of the html link.

Like this:

</a>

And in hotmail the link shows as a broken image - I think the link will still work but the image does not show.

What am I doing wrong?
