Am I dead?

So...while the fundraising has gone fairly well, the training hasn't. The most I've done in a day is 37km (and only twice). Any structured suggestions, at this point...or do I just ride til I puke for the next two weeks and then take 3-4 days off before the big ride?

Slick tires for MTB.

Hi , everyone . I need a set of slicks for the ride on my MTB. I'm thinking speacialized Fatboy 26X1.25 Heard that they are pretty nice , but very slippery one it hit's water and sand. So... I'm wondering if I should go with SLICK slicks or ones with grooves. any segestions? Thanks!

I just found a website called bikely.com where users draw maps of the routes that they like and label them easy, hard, street, etc, along with the distance of the ride. I haven't tried any of the routes on it yet, but I like the idea. Does anyone know of similar websites that have proven routes??
